Content:It is identical to SAV2 in content and layout but there are exceptions 1) the printing on the cover is black 2)the pages are numbered from 43-66(20 more than each corresponding page in VER.1) 3) it is smaller in size slightly and 4) there is no "Form 211" or "Printed in USA" on the back cover .I have not had enough of them to know which may be more rare. Excellent condition
