1990 Norinco Sport/Target Pistols mailer,8-1/4" x 11-1/4" printed on both sides as shown.The featured pistols are the MS-01,SS-01,BS-01 and PS-01,all 5.6mm(.22caliber). The 1990 date is my guess. Excellent Condition with a 3/8" tear at the top
