1969 Healthways Dealer "Plainsman" Promo mailer,10" x 14".The business side of this mailer is shown.It was folded for mailing and the opposite side has the mailing label to the Dealer and the mailing label for the "Free Trial" request form.At the bottom of the side shown is the "Free Trial" request form.On the opposite side is the code "LWCO 6/69 14M".Something I find interesting is that the gun has no name on the "slide" as I have seen in all others observed. Excellent condition with creases where folded for mailing and some light rubbiNg on the opposite side
