Excellent condition with no tears,wear,creases or soiling.BUT it has ripples on the spine edge which appear to be from moisture.Other than the ripples there are no stains,paper deterioration or rust on the staples.It's just not perfectly flat.It's an excellent reference at a lower price than mint
